How Does it Work?
Simply choose the amount of people joining, select a location, pick a date and time, pick a package let us do the rest. Also let us know the occasion.
Please contact us regarding any dietary restrictions, locations preferences etc..
We will do our very best to accommodate your needs. Just go to the contact area and fill it all out, we will review and contact you back on date and place..
Is Alcohol Provided?
We do not provide and will not be held responsible for those who bring alcohol to the event. However we do work with outside vendors who can provide you with alcohol beverages upon request or you bring your own. Picnics in Style does not serve alcohol, but you are welcome to BYOB!
I want to book, What should I Do?
Fill out the form in contacts, DM or Email us and we will schedule a date and time together to plan everything. We prefer you to book 2 weeks in advance. A $100.00 deposit is required to confirm all booking and will be applied to the total cost.

If picnic is outside of Eagle, ID there will be a Travel Fee added a $1.00 r/t per mile.
If you would like the picnic to extend longer then 2hrs a $100.00 will be added to each hour added.
Note that there maybe other picnics on the same day some designs
may vary with the decor..
A 20% gratuity and tax will be added ...6%
What if weather affects my picnic?
Due to unforeseen weather-related circumstances, you may reschedule within 3 months following.
What Happens on My Schedule date?
We will be curating your table at the specified location prior to your arrival date & time. We'll be on site to greet you and collect the remaining payment, then we will leave you to enjoy the experience for the reserved time. Once the reserved time ends, we will tear down the site and clean up. There is no need to stay during clean up.
How are we handling Covid -19?
Very seriously. We wear both masks and glove when curating the table. All dishes, silverware, glasses and decor etc...are disinfected before and after the event.
We ask that each picnic goer wears a mask upon arrival. A clean picnic is a safe picnic.
What if you need to cancel?
Any cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit $100.00
security deposit due to we saved the date for you and told other clients we were booked for that date.
